Willows Accountancy was established in 2006 in the South Staffordshire and North West Midlands region, operating from our base in Cannock. We provide friendly and pro-active advice to our clients from all over the Lichfield, Walsall and Wolverhampton areas, who take advantage of our combined experience of over 75 years.

Mark Fellows FMAAT
Responsible for Accounts & Taxation
Mark started his accountancy career at 18 years old by undertaking an accountancy qualification at Sandwell College, gaining a practising licence in 2006 and later becoming a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians
Nicola Wilcox FMAAT
Responsible for Payroll, CIS, Workplace Pension Compliance, VAT and Book-keeping.
Nicola started her accountancy career at 16 years old, later gaining a practising licence and also gaining Fellowship status in 2014.

Jasminder Chohhan
VAT Team
Jas has over 20 years experience working for HM Revenue Customs and keeps his knowledge up to date to help advise our clients on staying VAT compliant.
Nicola Collier
Payroll Team
Nicola manages almost 120 monthly and weekly payrolls on an ongoing basis, providing much needed payslip and summary data to small and larger sized business.
Ashley Daniel MAAT
Accounts and Taxation Team
Ashley supports Mark in the preparation of our clients yearly accounts. Ashley is now a fully qualified accounting technician and is now studying the ACCA.
Luke Smith
Accounts and Taxation Team
Luke also supports Mark in the preparation of our clients yearly accounts. Luke is working through his second year to enable him to reach his goal of becoming a fully qualified accounting technician.
Ann Norman
Records Officer
Being an accountancy practise it is a statutory requirement to keep the financial records for our clients for a total of six years. Ann is responsible for our archiving system to maintain these requirements.
