Combining more than 75 years of experience, our team at Willows have faced many changes to legislation and government directives throughout their individual careers and overcome many challenges, with the COVID-19 pandemic being no exception. At Willows we have shared in our clients worries about the effects of the pandemic on their business and have risen to the challenge of doing everything we can to put our clients first, helping with grants and furlough calculations as well as 1000’s of online furlough claims on behalf of our clients. Our team has often sacrificed their own family time and worked around the clock to not just maintain but to exceed our clients expectations, to the point where we were nominated and judged independently as ‘Accountancy Specialist of the year’ award for not just one but two years in a row stretching right through the depths of the pandemic itself.
